Retail Associate

- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required. - Previous customer services experience preferred. - Marijuana knowledge a bonus. - Must be over 21 years of age. - Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required. - Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport - Must have reliable transportation. - Must have no scheduling restrictions. - Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.

• Accurately and compliantly enter customer information into our database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated customer service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Quickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work cohesively as part of a team to ensure sales, customer satisfaction, and designated timelines meet compliance goals.
