Cannabis Packing Team Member

- Must be at least 21 years of age. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations. - High school diploma or equivalent required (or a combination of education and experience). - Basic math skills and comfort working with both standard and metric systems. - High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality during repetitive tasks. - Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. - Familiarity with cannabis products and industry knowledge preferred. - Strong team player with a positive, adaptable mindset.

• Must be able to coordinate with management to meet packaging goals in a compliant and timely manner.
• Must weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using standard and metric measurement systems.
• Must maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Responsible for restocking packaging and labeling supplies to ensure workflow is uninterrupted.
• Must operate and perform routine maintenance on weighing and packaging equipment.
• Responsible for supporting quality assurance and compliance throughout the packaging process.
• May be required to assist with special projects or cross-functional tasks as needed.
