Ganja Flow x September Sunset Sesh

Join us for a sunset sesh with Ganja Flow at Tempe Beach Park Wednesday 9/30 at 6:30pm.

Public parking lot is available at the address listed here: 80 W Rio Salado Pkwy Tempe, AZ 85281

Please bring your yoga mat or a blanket/towel for your comfort. We will be on the grass meeting near the bridges by that public lot. Look for us and listen for the boombox playing the vibes.

As always, Ganja Flow sessions are curated for your relaxation and mental health so come as you are and engage as much or as little as you feel that day. We offer light yoga with a more restorative and meditative focus. Our goal is to guide your breathe and thoughts in such a way to promote rest, healing, and peace.

Our mission is to teach the simple tools that promote and help manage everyday stressors and cater to your mental health and wellness.

We love good music and offer a blend of soul, rnb, hiphop, lofi, neo soul, reggae, jazz, and maybe a bit more. Come with the intention to get grounded on the grass and relax at the waterfront with us.

Grab a friend, boo, or coworker and let's tap into peace. You will receive a sponsored sample to enjoy as you flow or save for later. These sessions are sponsored by a variety of rotating brands you can find at your local dispensary.
